I moved to Colorado, and to this complex, last month. Despite not having previously called, the office lady Kendall still took the time to give me a tour of the place. Kendall was calm, well-mannered and even took the time to sit with me and broke down the cost of living here in order to help me better prepare. If you're like me; English is your second language, small details like this might matter to you as well. The unit I moved into was clean, everything in it works as it should and most importantly it was odor free. Please note, this is not a said and done review; should I get any negative experiences in this place or with the management I will come back here and update my review, so far I highly recommend new comers to town to at least give this place a chance.

I just moved into the Peaks at Woodmen and I couldn't recommend it enough! Kendall was awesome (very responsive and attentive) and the whole process was fast and smooth. The views are amazing and it is right next to the cottonwood creek trail which is a bonus! I love it here! :)

I have lived her awhile now and I couldn’t see my household anywhere else! The whole team Office and Maintenance are amazing. You have questions or concerns they find a solution, work orders have been quick. The office even does special things for those special memories! The whole complex is family friendly and pet friendly. If you are looking for an At home feeling, then check out peaks at Woodmen! Let them know I sent ya!!!

Superb Customer Service!
The customer service I've received from Kendall & Chanel have been excellent. I won't move in for two more months, but with their assistance, everything that needs to be taken care of will be done before the move. I am truly impressed with the quick responses and willingness to assist. Now I know why this apartment complex has the highest reviews for apartments in the area. Thank you!

He came in and had the problem fixed in 30 seconds. He also fixed another issue I had within minutes. Fast, professional, and nice service.

Couldn't be happier with the welcoming experience my son and I had with Mandi! My son and I were stranded in Colorado after driving 3 days and having a very bad experience with another complex here in town and Mandi jumped to be a helping hand! Couldn't ask for a better community to now be a part of! My son also loves it too with all the kids and family atmosphere! Absolutely love Colorado and our apartment was clean and beautiful but most of all the area is absolutely safe!!

Sarah was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about all things Peaks! She made the entire process from our tour to our actual move-in very smooth! In addition, Peaks It is a very welcoming community!
