We welcome your furry friends at Peaks at Woodmen. Our pet-friendly apartments in Colorado Springs, CO are situated near parks, allowing for easy access to outdoor spaces!

Pet Policy

We allow cats and dogs, with a limit of 2 pets per apartment. Pet fee: $300 (refundable). Monthly pet rent: $35 per household.
