Apartment hunting can be both fun and challenging! Finding an apartment that’s affordable, in a good location and up to your living standards are just the first things you need to worry about when choosing the perfect apartment. Whether you’re a first-time apartment renter, or you’ve been in the game for a while, you’ll want to ask some important questions before you sign a lease and collect your keys. We’ve put together the top twelve questions renters should ask property managers BEFORE signing a lease.

What are the lease terms?

We offer 6-12 month leases at no additional rental increase 3-5 month leases with an additional cost.

What does it cost to move in?

You are responsible for pro rated rent, our pro rated bundle, and your deposit.

Are utilities included in the cost?

They are not. You pay water and sewer in addition to your rent each month, and electric and gas to CSU.

What's your pet policy?

2 pets per apartment. $150 pet deposit. $250 non refundable fee. $25 pet rent - per pet.

Do you require apartment renters insurance?

Yes, we do with at least 100,000 liability.

How do I pay the rent?

You can pay rent with a cashier's check, money order, or online.

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

We have 2 maintenance people on call and our policy is to respond within 2 hours.

Is there public transportation nearby?

Yes, we have close access to Metro Public Transit.

How often does rent go up? By how much?

Your rent can increase after each lease term.

What is the parking situation?

All parking is first come, first serve. $125 detached garage, $150 attached garage.

Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?

We require a 60 day notice to vacate, and our lease buyout fee is $1500.
