Review for Peaks at Woodmen I’ve had a really great experience living at Peaks at Woodmen, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible team that runs the property. Chanel, the property manager, is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly and that concerns are addressed quickly. Sarah, the assistant manager, is equally fantastic. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. Whether it’s helping with paperwork or answering questions, she’s always on point. Crystal, the leasing agent, made the move-in process seamless. Her communication was clear, timely, and she made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Her upbeat attitude and attention to detail made a great first impression of the community. I also want to give a big shout-out to the maintenance and grounds team — Steve, Josh, and Branden. These guys are hard-working, efficient, and respectful. They respond to work orders promptly and keep the property clean and well-maintained. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows every day. Overall, Peaks at Woodmen has a fantastic team that truly cares about their residents. Their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and makes this a great place to live.
