What a great placed to live. The best staff both office and maintenance. Mark the maintenance supervisor and his team Abi and Coleman are amazing. They never stop if there is a problem they are on it A.S.A.P. Mark and his guy's all care for their tenants and their tenants needs. The thing that I see is they all really care about the property. They take care of it like it is there own. I want to thank them all for making our apartment feel like home. Thanks also to Jake Walker the assistant manager for coordinating a great pool and paws party. We are looking forward to what you have for us the rest of the summer. I almost forgot thanks also for the free yoga class every Thursday evening. Richard and Ave Sala Building 10 Apartment 102.

The property manager here, Lenka Sarver, is an amazing human being! She is an intelligent woman, whom I had the pleasure to get to know, while I resided at the Peaks at Woodmen for more than two years. She is more than a very professional property manager, She truly cares for others, her consistent optimistic and loving personality was so refreshing, uplifting, and inspiring. Thank You so much !!!

Just moved in again for the second time- everything about this community is amazing from the pricing to the staff, to the apartments, to the amenities. This place is loaded with awesome from the windows to the walls. Love living here!

I lived here for about two years and it is a beautiful place. I got to meet some wonderful people here. I've seen some reviews complaining that its expensive here but no one twisted my arm to sign my lease being a mature adult I asked the price and the I agreed to it. I didn't cry after the fact because I couldn't afford it or my parents weren't around to bail me out. I've since bought s house so no longer live here. The pros are being close to anything I needed and having a beautiful view of the mountains along with valet trash service. The cons. Lazy people letting their dog poop and expecting the staff to pick it up. I would visit the office and see and hear the most arrogant selfish immature people complain about the stupidest things. Everything is owed to this new generation nothing is earned. Grow up.
