Chanel and Sarah were both amazing and dramatically helped me when I first came and had questions. the Apt complex is super beautiful with grate views and landscape and you can tell that all the employees, even the contractors really care about the people and the complex.

We loved this apartment complex. Lived there for a year and 6 months. It’s very well maintained. The heating and cooling systems worked great to keep our apartment comfy. The walls also must be well insulated because it was rare if we ever heard our neighbors. Then lastly a thank you to Sarah Granger in the office for always being a pleasure to assist us, and have us taken care of.

Maintenance man Josh was very professional and helpful. Chanel was very knowledge and helpful I would recommend Peaks apartments style living. Sarah was very helpful and made friends finding an apartment like a walk a clouds. Mandis resident event was delightful.

Peaks at Woodmen is located in a great area of Colorado Springs. The Community Manager and leasing staff are very professional, friendly and willing to help you with all of your needs. The area is quiet with great neighbors' and family friendly environment. There are several amenities to choose from and it is a really nice place to live!

Mandy, one of the leasing agents was so AMAZING she went above and beyond what she needed to do for me. I already feel like family! 10/10 a would recommend This company!

Beautiful apartments. I love the trail that’s right next door. And Sarah has been amazing to work with. So helpful and sweet!

I had a flat tire and stopped at this complex to change it. I didn't have what I needed to change it and office staff, Chanel and Sarah, were very helpful in finding someone to help me get tire changed. Thank you!

The Peaks at Woodmen Apartments has been a great place thus far. I have been living here for 2 months now and I have really been enjoying myself and all of the activities that Colorado Springs has to offer. Sarah has been incredibly helpful with any questions that my arise. I can tell that Sarah is a person that really cares about her community and is willing to do whatever possible to make sure you are taken care of and happy living in the community. I would highly recommend speaking with Sarah if you and your loved ones are looking to relocate, she has been nothing but helpful and caring, truly an asset to the Peaks at Woodmen Apartments.
